I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.  I am Travis Grumbles, currently a System Administrator for the Dyonyx L.P., a division of the Corpus Christi Army Depot.  Shortly after high school graduation I made a commitment to my country.  I served in the U.S. Navy from 1996 to 2005.  Throughout my military career I gained extensive experience and am interested in being a part of your team. 

The United States Navy provided me with a vast amount of computer experience, including programming, networking and troubleshooting to mention a few.  I have over 8 years of experience with Microsoft Products.  I am cleared for Top Secret SCI clearance based on Special Background Investigation conducted by the Defense Investigative Service.  I am experienced in the management of Local Area Networks. I have supported and managed existing network system security policies as well as establishing enhanced security procedures to provide top-level service.  In addition to computer knowledge I have managed, trained, supervised and evaluated large teams of personnel.  Conducting on-site training for 3000+ users has provided me with opportunities to coach and assist personnel as well as enhancing my communication skills. 

As a manger, trainer and an employee I am flexible, approachable and productive.  I am always eager for a new challenge and enjoy assisting others with computer situations.  I am a team player, as a member of the United States Navy I have continually been a part of a team, a brotherhood.  Knowing that others count on me to do my job and assist in other areas as needed to ensure the success of the organization drives me to excellence in everything I do.  Addressing a large group, public speaking and teamwork are all areas that I am comfortable and successful in.
